Getting support
For our VPN-over-DNS Android users, we give technical support through email. Please, send us your request to the following address:
Each support request must contain, at least, the following informations:
- your VPN-over-DNS username: you can find it displayed at the bottom of the Configuration screen;
- the model and vendor names of your Android device;
- the Android version installed on your device.
Value Pack support
We offer the VPN-over-DNS Value Pack for free to our Android users. For this reason, only minimal support, with no warranty, is available for this piece of software. Please, send us your request to the following address:
Each value pack support request must contain, at least, the following informations:
- your VPN-over-DNS username: you can find it displayed at the bottom of the Configuration screen;
- the version and vendor names of your laptop operating system.
Third party contributions
We have used some free materials to build our mobile application. According to the licenses of these materials, and since we redistribute those materials with our application, please find here informations and new materials available for free. Note that we systematically redistribute the original and the new materials (when such a case applies) under the same license terms:
